We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a large-scale, single-page web application used by critical enterprise stakeholders. This role involves creating seamless, efficient, and beautiful user experiences while working with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
You’ll be instrumental in designing and building new user interfaces for key workflows, ensuring excellent performance and user-centric design. If you are passionate about clean code, responsive UI, and modern JavaScript frameworks, this is a role for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of a robust single-page application (SPA) used by high-priority business users.
- Create new and maintain existing user interfaces for complex workflows.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement responsive design practices.
- Optimize web applications for maximum performance and minimal bandwidth usage.
- Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure reliability and quality of code.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and other frontend developers in Agile teams.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for frontend components.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of commercial experience in frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and the DOM.
- Proficiency in modern JS frameworks, with a strong preference for React.
- Familiarity with ES6+ features, Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
- Proven ability to separate business logic from presentation layers.
- Experience optimizing frontend applications for performance and network efficiency.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Delivery tools such as GitLab CI.
- Understanding of web protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, REST, and WebSocket.
- Knowledge of web security, authentication techniques, and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC principles.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js-based tools like Webpack and other build systems.
