Job Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Genpact, you'll play a key role in building web-based applications to enhance user experiences and streamline business processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and providing support for enterprise applications. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Application Development. Design, develop, test, and support web-based applications and batch software solutions.
  2. Requirement Analysis. Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and design plans.
  3. Process Improvement. Facilitate process workflow, data requirements, and specifications to support application implementation.
  4. Technical Collaboration. Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and implementation planning sessions.
  5. Issue Resolution. Support users in resolving technical issues by troubleshooting, providing workarounds, and escalating complex issues when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java and/or other object-oriented languages.
  • Strong understanding of web services and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle and Sybase.
  • Proficiency in front-end (ReactJS), backend (Java SpringBoot), and full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with additional technologies such as Drools, MongoDB, Unix, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
