We are seeking a highly experienced Architect specializing in Generative AI (Gen AI), Large Language Models (LLM), and Big Data technologies. With over 18 years of experience, the ideal candidate will excel in designing and leading innovative AI-driven and big data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecting Gen AI Solutions. Lead the design and development of scalable, AI-driven systems, focusing on Gen AI and LLM technologies to address complex business challenges.
- Big Data Strategy and Architecture. Define and implement strategies for Big Data ecosystems, ensuring data architecture is optimized for performance, security, and scalability. Utilize big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) to support data-intensive applications.
- AI/ML Model Development. Oversee the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, particularly LLMs, with an emphasis on natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and generative AI applications.
- End-to-End Solution Design. Manage the full lifecycle of solution architecture from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical requirements, and compliance standards.
- Collaboration and Leadership. Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and guide technical teams to enhance their capabilities.
- Technical Innovation. Drive the adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies and trends in Gen AI, LLM, and Big Data to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization. Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML and big data architectures, implementing best practices for optimization and real-time processing.
- Security and Compliance. Oversee the security architecture of AI and Big Data solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on AI, ML, Big Data, and cloud-based solutions.
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, and NLP.
- Extensive experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and data architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance AI and big data solutions.
- Excellent understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
