A Day in the Life of an Infoscion

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role involves actively assisting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to different project phases, from problem definition to deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research and build proof of concepts (POCs).
• Create requirement specifications from business needs.
• Define to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• Support configuring solution requirements on products.
• Diagnose and identify root causes of issues, seeking clarifications, and shortlisting solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
• Provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

Client Interaction

• Work with clients to identify business challenges.
• Contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
• Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends.
