Roles and Responsibilities
Design and Visual Content Creation
- Collaborate with the brand team to conceive and produce engaging visual content aligned with our brand identity.
- Create graphics for web, social media, print, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in developing branding materials including logos and promotional items.
Social Media Content Development
- Work with the social media team to create visually appealing content consistent with our brand's voice and style.
- Design social media graphics, infographics, and multimedia content.
- Stay updated with social media trends for fresh and relevant content.
Adapting Content for Marketing and Customer Experience
- Modify existing content for performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the customer experience team to design visually captivating materials for email campaigns and customer communications.
Collaboration with External Agencies
- Provide design expertise to external agencies, ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on outsourced designs.
Project Management and Team Collaboration
- Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure a unified approach to design initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, diverse projects, and design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Familiarity with AI Art Generation and awareness of emerging AI trends in design.
