As a Grid Operations Delivery Lead, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing next-generation real-time grid management solutions, including SCADA, EMS, ADMS, and DERMS systems. Your role will involve working closely with clients to address their digitization challenges, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to drive innovation and deliver transformative results. You will inspire and lead diverse teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement. Understand and articulate client challenges, demonstrating how transformation can achieve significant business outcomes.
- Innovation Leadership. Continuously learn and introduce new technologies and innovative grid management solutions to clients.
- Solution Design and Implementation. Lead the design and implementation of real-time grid management systems (ADMS, EMS, SCADA, DERMS).
- Team Leadership. Act as a role model and coach, guiding the next generation of Accenture leaders and supporting professional growth.
- Client Relationships. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ranging from C-Suite executives to operational staff, ensuring alignment from strategy to technology.
- Data Integration. Utilize business data to uncover insights and enable evidence-based decision-making.
- Travel. Willingness to travel up to 100% as required by project needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electric utilities industry.
- At least 5 years of functional experience with real-time grid management systems (SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Proven success in team-oriented environments, demonstrating creativity and analytical problem-solving abilities.
