- Negotiate prices and finalize bookings, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or special requests with care.
- Resolve issues or complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the travel process.
