As an IBM BPM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust BPM solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will leverage your expertise in IBM BPM/BAW to develop scalable and efficient solutions while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop IBM BPM/BAW solutions while ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Implement CI/CD automation to streamline the development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of BPM concepts including Process Designer, Process server, Process Admin, Business Processes, Coaches, Coach Views, Sub Process, Linked Process, script, System Task, User Task, Gateways, Timer Events, and Message Events.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing IBM BPM/BAW solutions.
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation.
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
