Responsibilities
- Liaising with corporate IT teams to ensure alignment of project goals and business requirements with Siemens standards and protocols.
- Collaborating with the cybersecurity team to implement robust security measures, safeguarding the IT infrastructure against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing vendor procurement, delivery, and installation to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Providing ongoing IT operations support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization, to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and services.
- Coordinating with development teams and vendors to implement new IT applications, overseeing deployment, testing, and user training to facilitate seamless integration and adoption.
- Developing comprehensive plans for the implementation of IT infrastructure components, including networking equipment, servers, storage systems, and critical hardware/software.
- Conducting training sessions for staff to ensure proficient usage and management of IT resources.
- Managing escalations by coordinating with vendors or corporate IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
- Communicating updates and resolutions to end-users in a clear and timely manner, maintaining transparency and managing expectations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to improve user experience.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, prioritizing based on business objectives and resource availability.
- Proven experience in analyzing new IT application requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Strong coordination skills with Corporate IT and SRE teams for Network Architecture Design, deploying tailored network architectures considering scalability, security, and performance optimization.
