We are currently seeking a skilled Java Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Infosys. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Java, Springboot, and Microservices to actively contribute to various phases of consulting projects. Your role will encompass problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment, collaborating closely with our consulting team to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with Spring boot framework
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics.
- Master's degree (MCA/M.Tech/MSc./MS) is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Infosys consulting team, a typical day in your role will involve.
- Actively participating in various phases of consulting projects, including problem definition, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- Conducting research to explore alternatives to recommended solutions, including literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and building Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Translating business needs into requirement specifications, defining processes, and creating detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Supporting the configuration of solution requirements, diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise, and identifying alternative solutions as needed.
- Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to our clients.
