This position is within our engineering team, responsible for building new features, portals, products, and content-rich web pages. We support personalized product experiences for customers globally, spanning across various languages and industries.
What You'll Do
- Addressing any Jira access and custom implementation-related requests.
- Creating necessary Jira-based reports/dashboards.
- Reviewing the current setup and optimizing space where applicable.
- Auditing and ensuring adherence to internal standards.
- Exploring new features and opportunities offered by Jira to enhance efficiency.
- Auditing our system to ensure industry best practices are followed.
What You'll Need
- Experience managing multiple projects, boards, and stakeholders on Jira.
- Proficiency in complex, mid to large-sized project implementations.
- Experience managing the cloud version of Jira.
- Familiarity with third-party free plugins and custom component integrations with Jira.
- Ability to build quick, data-heavy reports in or from Jira.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and implement optimal processes.
- Hands-on experience with key Jira components and automation.
- Exposure to workspace and access management on Confluence.
- Familiarity with Confluence macros.
