As a Junior Ad Expert, you will collaborate closely with the advertising team to contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Management
- Create, monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Handle end-to-end processes for ad campaigns on Google, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage ad campaigns on diverse platforms such as Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Strategize, execute and analyze various types of ad campaigns to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement a clear framework to measure and report results of A/B tests and multivariate tests across design and target audiences.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms to measure the impact of paid digital activities.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improvements based on performance metrics.
- Create comprehensive marketing reports using various tools to clearly communicate the impact of paid activities across different channels.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital advertising principles.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Previous experience or internship in digital advertising is a plus.
