As a Support Engineer for our Application Innovation project, you'll actively contribute to the launch of a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites aimed at providing high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities globally. Responsibilities
- Modify, maintain, and validate business-related configurations to meet Kuiper business requirements.
- Communicate with partner teams to ensure country-specific configurations are implemented and functioning effectively.
- Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks to streamline service maintenance.
- Read and understand complex application code, making code fixes to resolve support issues independently.
- Provide software deployment support in staging and production environments.
- Build monitoring metrics dashboards and report system health and support status metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development or technical support experience.
- Proficiency in React.JS and experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware & software RAID.
- Familiarity with REST web services, XML, JSON, and AWS products and technologies (EC2, S3, Lambda, Docker, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in AngularJS, Test Execution and Management, JavaScript, Design & Build Enablement, and Application Design.
- Keywords: Support Engineer, Amazon Web Services, Programming Languages, Representational State Transfer, Troubleshooting, Technical Support.
