As a ServiceNow Developer at System Soft Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the development, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various departments to design and implement solutions that streamline processes, boost efficiency, and elevate user experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Utilize deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and front-end technologies to develop and customize solutions.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices and leverage ITIL processes for effective tool implementation.
- Develop workflows and utilize Flow Designer to optimize business processes.
- Create dynamic catalog items and enhance user interface through UI policies and scripting.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow portals to meet business needs and enhance user engagement.
- Customize portal layouts, themes, and widgets to deliver a visually appealing and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of ServiceNow portals to ensure functionality, performance, and usability meet quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to develop and execute rigorous test plans.
- Work transparently in a team environment to achieve collective objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferably certified as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and scripting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT service management concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with specific ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, etc.) based on organizational requirements.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Understanding of ServiceNow integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Servers).
- Project management skills for overseeing ServiceNow development projects.
