Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Weblogic Application Server environments.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to support application deployment and integration.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Oracle Weblogic administration.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 6 to 15 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server administration.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Weblogic environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve server issues effectively.
• Knowledge of security principles and experience implementing security measures in Weblogic environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or WLST for automation tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Certified Implementation Specialist would be an advantage.
