As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the forefront of addressing complex customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, and crafting innovative solutions that result in client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in all phases of the consulting lifecycle, from defining the problem to proposing and refining solutions. Your deep understanding of network infrastructure and hands-on experience with equipment like Arris Cadant C4, Casa C3200, and ASR 9K will be invaluable in guiding project teams and contributing to solution development and deployment.
Your responsibilities

Problem Definition and Solution Proposal. You will leverage your expertise to define customer issues and propose innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

Solution Development and Deployment. You will actively contribute to the development, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.

Project Guidance and Training. You will guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and best practices, while also providing client training and internal capability-building initiatives.

Proposal Development. You will contribute to proposal documents by providing insights into solution design and owning specific sections of the proposal.

Configuration and Pilot Testing. You will plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference room pilots, and address any queries related to requirements and solution design.

Solution Demonstrations and Workshops. You will showcase solutions through demonstrations and workshops, helping clients understand the value proposition and facilitating POC/Proof of Technology activities.

Effort Estimation and Budget Adherence. You will prepare accurate effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines.

Project Leadership. You will take the lead on small projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and actively contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in design, implementation, and troubleshooting of cable networks.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting equipment such as CMTS, CMs, routers, switches, and QAM.
- Hands-on experience with equipment like Arris Cadant C4, Casa C3200, and ASR 9K.
- Familiarity with network test tools and traffic generators like byte blowers and Spirent Test Centres.
- Proven track record in network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills and initiative, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High quality awareness and attention to detail.
