As part of this role, you will drive incident and situation management, ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, and facilitate client transitions with efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Incident & Situation Management
- Lead the response to Sev1 & Sev2 incidents, following established operating policies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with global teams to manage communication, escalations, and drive central initiatives for incident resolution.

IT Governance
- Establish and execute IT governance measures, with a focus on weekly, monthly, and quarterly evaluations of effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with audit activities, identifying and managing risks, and overseeing vulnerability management processes.

Transition Management
- Facilitate smooth transitions for IT clients, managing client accounts and portfolios effectively.
- Lead program and stakeholder management efforts, ensuring clear communication around technology and availability metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving transition processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT operations, incident management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in transition management, including client account management and program oversight.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams and clients.
