Responsibilities
- Collaboration. Work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data pipelines.
- Pipeline Development. Design and develop efficient data pipelines using Python and SQL, focusing on data manipulation with Pandas.
- Team Leadership. Lead a team of Data Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring project deliverables meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Documentation and Compliance. Create technical documentation for data pipelines and enforce security and compliance measures.
- Continuous Learning. Stay updated with the latest data engineering trends and technologies to innovate and optimize pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Experience. Minimum 5 years in building data pipelines, with expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python (especially Pandas).
- Leadership Skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Communication. Excellent English communication skills, essential for effective collaboration across teams.
- Technical Aptitude. Strong understanding of data accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in pipeline development.
