We are seeking immediate joiners for a dynamic opportunity in the field of middleware solutions. Initially based in India for 6-8 months, the role will transition to Malaysia. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain middleware solutions to meet business requirements.
- Utilize your extensive expertise in middleware administration, encompassing installation, configuration, backup/recovery, tuning, and support of application design and development.
- Serve as a technical authority in middleware technologies, offering guidance and support to development teams.
- Implement High Availability and Disaster Recovery techniques to ensure system reliability and resilience.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement middleware solutions tailored to project needs.
- Resolve middleware-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with system administrators to ensure proper configuration and maintenance of middleware systems.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing middleware systems and processes continually.
Who We're Seeking
- Bachelor's degree in related Information Technology disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in middleware administration, including expertise in installation, configuration, tuning, and support of application design and development.
- Proficiency in Middleware products such as BPM, IBM FileNet and Content Manager, IIB, WebSphere, and IBM ODM, along with knowledge of IBM MQ.
- Demonstrated experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery techniques.
- Collaboration experience with development teams to optimize middleware-related codes.
- Familiarity with geo-redundant middleware architectures (e.g., always-on, active/active, master/master, ADG, Storage replication).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a curious mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment with a can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent team player attributes.
- Results-oriented individual with a commitment to delivery excellence.
- Skilled in performing root cause analysis of production issues and delivering swift service recovery to Middleware Teams.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various business units.
