We are currently seeking experienced Supervised Machine Learning Specialists to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our machine learning division, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing supervised machine learning algorithms and models. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supervised machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to uncover patterns and insights.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and refine algorithms.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of latest developments and best practices in machine learning and data science.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in supervised machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, particularly in the supervised learning domain.
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
