The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of ML Ops pipelines and life cycle management, with a focus on Azure Databricks.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ML Ops pipelines to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models.
- Implement ML Ops life cycle management processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML Ops best practices into development and deployment processes.
- Utilize Azure Databricks to build and optimize data processing and model training workflows.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to validate model performance and accuracy in production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ML Ops pipelines, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML Ops tools, technologies, and methodologies, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document ML Ops processes, workflows, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- 5-12 years of experience, with a background in Data Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ML Ops pipelines and life cycle management processes in production environments.
- Expertise in Azure Databricks, including proficiency in building and optimizing data processing and model training workflows.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala, with experience in developing production-grade code.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, with hands-on experience in training and deploying models.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze complex systems for optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
