Job Description

•  The candidate should know why the things are used with in-depth understanding; only knowing definitions and some knowledge would not qualify.
• C#, ASP.Net, MVC & Angular Experience is mandatory
• The candidate should be able to understand requirements and translate them into technical terms; the candidate should not be in doubt and should ask questions whenever needed.
• Even if he is not able to give a proper syntactical answer, it's okay, but he should understand the requirements and logic behind it.

Responsibilities
In-depth Understanding

• Demonstrate a profound understanding of technologies, frameworks, and concepts relevant to the role.
• Knowledge should go beyond definitions, showcasing a deep comprehension of why certain technologies are used.

Technical Proficiency

• Mandatory expertise in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and Angular.
• Ability to develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.

Requirement Analysis

• Analyze business requirements thoroughly and translate them into technical specifications.
• Proactively seek clarification on any ambiguities, ensuring a clear understanding before proceeding with development.

Logical Problem Solving

• Possess strong problem-solving skills, focusing on the logic behind the code rather than just syntax.
• Even if unable to provide a syntactical answer immediately, the candidate should demonstrate an understanding of the requirement and the underlying logic.

Effective Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
