Insight Global is hiring an experienced NetSuite Developer based in Hyderabad, India. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and support of NetSuite while collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance business processes and operational efficiencies. Initially, this position will be remote for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days onsite) upon permanent conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- NetSuite Development & Support. Provide technical support and development for NetSuite ERP, including troubleshooting, analysis, and problem resolution.
- Project Delivery. Lead and contribute to key projects aimed at enhancing NetSuite functionalities and integrating third-party applications and software solutions.
- System Maintenance & Customization. Manage and implement configuration changes to reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, and records.
- Technical Leadership. Serve as a mentor to local NetSuite resources, providing guidance on best practices and technical dependencies for scalable solutions.
- User Training & Support. Deliver ongoing training and technical support to NetSuite users, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and customizations.
- Integration & Implementation. Assist in integration and implementation projects to connect NetSuite with third-party applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Governance & Documentation. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes in accordance with governance processes, and inform team members of any product enhancements.
- Data Integrity & Audits. Ensure consistency and accuracy of NetSuite data through regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with internal teams on user experience, business processes, and system optimizations.
- Analyze complex requirements and communicate security and performance risks to technical stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain third-party software connections, integrations, and applications to support business needs.
- Ensure the integrity of NetSuite ERP data through regular audits and reporting.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite development and administration.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience in a technical or software development role.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with billing systems (NetSuite billing preferred).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce and Zone Advanced Billing.
Day-to-Day Work
- Participate in daily standups with a team of 6 to discuss project progress and troubleshoot issues.
- Design and implement creative NetSuite-based solutions to address business challenges.
- Maintain configurations and customizations for evolving business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and analyze NetSuite issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Mentor junior team members and local NetSuite resources.
