Are you passionate about network operations and service assurance? Join our team as a NOC Operations Specialist in the Transmission (TXN) domain, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our network services.
What You Will Do
- Transmission Assurance. Leverage your expertise with a minimum of 4 to 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Transmission Assurance (monitoring, correlation, and basic troubleshooting).
- ITIL Principles. Apply your understanding of ITIL incident, problem, change, and service introduction principles and practices.
- Vendor and Product Selection. Support tasks for Transmission technologies, including requirements definition.
- Capacity Management. Manage and optimize network transmission capacity.
- Team Collaboration. Work effectively as part of a team, intuitively addressing business and customer needs.
- Emergency Handling. Provide 24x7 on-call support and manage emergencies efficiently.
- Solution Management. Oversee solution management for customized business objects, templates, and reports.
- Data Analysis. Utilize your expertise in database and spreadsheet applications to manipulate data, support ongoing analysis, and present conclusions.
- Support Processes. Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of support processes, with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to work well under time constraints.
- Communication Skills. Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills and actively contribute to improvements and changes.
You Will Bring
- Experience. Minimum 4 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years working on the Ericsson TXN domain.
- Qualification. B.Tech degree.
- Technical Expertise. Experience with OLT & DSLAM devices and transmission technologies such as PTN, CTR, RTC, ATR, and AGR.
- Vendor Knowledge. Familiarity with products from vendors like Huawei, Nokia, and Cisco.
