Responsibilities
- As a Senior Backend Developer with over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for:
- Developing robust backend services using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster a collaborative development environment.
- Building scalable and high-performance APIs to support the application's functionality.
- Designing and implementing data models and database schemas.
- Integrating third-party services and APIs into the application architecture.
- Writing automated tests to ensure code quality, stability, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production environments to maintain optimal system performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js and Nest.js development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications with Node.js and Nest.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Good understanding of software development principles and practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex development challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
