- Ability to create and maintain bill of materials in an Oracle environment.
Successful candidates must have 1-2 years experience in the core Oracle 11i Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing and/or Engineering Application. Also, experience in Oracle 11i Configurator Developer is a plus. Further, experience in a manufacturing engineering environment and/or a hardware/mechanical engineering discipline is a plus. Must be able to create and maintain bills of material in an Oracle environment.
Qualifications Required
Experience:
• 1-2 years Oracle 11i
Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
Engineering Application (Master Items, Bill of Material, Routings, etc.)
• Familiar with Oracle 11i WIP, Order Management, and Inventory
• Experience in hardware/mechanical engineering discipline
Skills and Abilities:
• Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude, especially understanding of bills of material concepts
•Must have good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
•Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
•Must be detail oriented and well organized
•Ability to multi-task
•Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with high quality
Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain product configurations by analyzing data provided by Engineering and collaborating as necessary to ensure accurate and complete bills of material are created to support customer orders.
•Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing is accomplished on all new and/or changed configurable product.
•Assist in the creation and maintenance of bills of material as they are used in the configurator development. Write ECOs as required.
•Improve business processes and support critical business strategies as required.
