Key Responsibilities
- CRM Administration & Customization. Lead Oracle CRM On Demand initiatives with a focus on effective administration, configuration, and customization. Ensure the CRM system aligns with business needs and user requirements, maintaining its reliability and performance.
- Email Setup. Configure and manage email settings within Oracle CRM to support effective communication channels for internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting & Support. Utilize your troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve CRM issues efficiently. Provide end-to-end support to users, ensuring the system's stability and continuous improvement.
- Integration with Third-Party Applications. Leverage your knowledge of Java to integrate Oracle CRM On Demand with third-party applications, enhancing functionality and ensuring seamless data flows across systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of total professional experience, with 4-6 years dedicated to Oracle CRM On Demand.
- Proficiency in Oracle CRM On Demand administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with email configuration within Oracle CRM.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Java and experience in third-party application integrations.
