Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2-L3 support, lead troubleshooting, investigate reported issues, and design/develop new features/functionality on Oracle Mantas.
- Hands-on experience with FCCM/OFSAA transaction monitoring and customer screening setup.
- Requirements gathering and analysis for upcoming work, interfacing with senior stakeholders.
- Work with complex datasets, coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the bank.
- Analyze, develop, test, and support the User Acceptance phase.
- Participate in defect/issue/enhancement processes.
- Develop technical skills and business knowledge.
Person Specification
- 5-10 years of systems/software/application development experience.
- Previous experience in Oracle Mantas (2-5 yrs).
- Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experienced in handling teams in a remote environment setup.
- ITIL/Prod Support background.
- Strong desire to learn and apply learned knowledge/skills.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is preferable.
- Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
Desirable Skills
- A committed team player, with experience working with remote teams being an advantage.
- Oracle Mantas certification is considered beneficial for this job.
