Responsibilities

1. Analyzing Delivery Performance. Dive deep into current and past delivery performance, identify errors, and create actionable plans to reduce them.
2. Solving Complex Supply Chain Problems. Utilize data mining, analytics, and business judgment to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain challenges.
3. Supplier Performance Management. Proactively review and engage with suppliers to improve accuracy in delivery information and resolve issues.
4. Process Improvement. Drive automation and simplification within our processes, aligning with our company philosophy through continuous improvement and cooperative workstream planning.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Rich experience with Angular & Python.
• Proficiency in UI frameworks, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze UI frameworks and draw actionable plans.

Preferred qualifications

• Tech-savvy individual with a knack for learning new tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive high performance.
• Cultural awareness and ability to operate within a global organization.
• Understanding of AWS and Data Engineering concepts is a plus.
• Sound commercial acumen with a keen eye on market trends.
