As a Service Associate - Recruitment, you'll spearhead client satisfaction through RPO services. Collaborating closely with clients, IBM's operational management, and staff, you'll craft, execute, and refine sourcing strategies to cultivate a rich pool of qualified talent.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and document them
- Set SLAs in consultation with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with expectations
- Refine and enhance recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement and establishing standard methodologies
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage candidates
- Meet production goals on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Collaborate with business heads to set and achieve Global Delivery Center goals
- Mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruitment goals are met
- Utilize ATS and other tools for candidate screening
- Establish detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent
- Participate in client meetings to foster strong, lasting relationships
- Maintain ATS with updated candidate statuses
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in ITES/BPO/FA
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- Proficiency in sourcing through social media and other innovative channels
- Experience in partner management and adeptness in handling difficult conversations
- Deep domain knowledge and a passion for innovation
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Direct sourcing and corporate/consultancy recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO setup
- Consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on long-term relationships rather than transactions
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS is advantageous
- Ambitious individual capable of working autonomously towards set targets
- Proven change management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill development
