We are currently seeking applications for the role of Process Developer - Recruitment, to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Propose innovative hiring solutions for new business initiatives
- Ensure key targets such as on-time delivery, Cost per Hire, and Replacement Cost are met consistently
- Promote low-cost channels such as campus recruitment, referrals, and direct talent sourcing, while maintaining high-quality standards
- Oversee the hiring process, identifying and addressing any deviations from company policy
- Proactively identify and address risk accounts, supported by relevant data insights
- Drive team compliance and ensure adherence to audit guidelines
- Analyze profiles hired within Genpact and provide insights on hiring challenges or necessary adaptations for similar profiles in other organizations
- Willingness to participate in weekend recruitment drives when necessary
Qualifications We Seek
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA Graduate with proficient knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships
- Understanding of sourcing strategies, market dynamics, and competition
- Detail-oriented with a quick response time
- Ability to drive compliance and process adherence
