Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of procurement support, including supplier identification, qualification, proposal management, negotiation, contracting, delivery oversight, and post-implementation analysis. Your expertise will contribute to the design and implementation of best practices in tactical and transactional procurement processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of suppliers, including creating catalogue content and managing user authorization data.
- Utilize procurement applications to facilitate efficient and effective transactions while maximizing compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement Management team to ensure seamless operations and adherence to established guidelines.
- Solve routine problems utilizing precedent and general guidelines, with supervision from senior team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or Ariba is advantageous.
