Key Responsibilities
- Scrum Ceremonies Facilitation. Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Your adept facilitation will foster collaboration and transparency within the team.
- Backlog Management. Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the enhancement backlog. You'll ensure that backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value.
- Velocity Optimization. Work with the team to establish and maintain a predictable velocity, enabling accurate planning and meeting stakeholder expectations consistently. Your insights will drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
- Technical Guidance. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, particularly in addressing complex enhancements or technical debt. Your leadership will empower the team to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Performance Tracking. Utilize relevant metrics and KPIs to track the team's progress and make data-driven decisions. Your analytical mindset will drive continuous improvement and align development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications preferred.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in Agile software development, with a focus on Scrum methodology.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
