* Execution of test cases
* Ability to guide the team members in test case execution.
* Knack of finding defects through exploratory testing.
* Passion/interest to learn the domain of the Application Under Test
* Ability to identify the issues, develop hypothesis, conduct analysis
and synthesize recommendations.
* Owns responsibility for challenged defects and test cases
* Ability to follow test automation project plans, architecture, etc.
* Basis scripting skills at least in two (Shell, Perl, Python, Industry
leading test automation tools (WR, QTP, Silk Test etc..)
* Develop simple to high complexity test automation scripts
* Understanding of non-gui test automation concepts, comparative
study of test automation tools etc.
Good expertise in Automation and taking initiatives to apply it where
ever required.
