Our remote front-end team focuses on UI development, utilizing React and other latest technologies. As a member, you'll design and build critical components, collaborating with server-side developers and quantitative analysts to create a robust API. With a current team of 25 React and C# developers organized into feature teams, we aim to expand to meet business demands.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code.
- Ensure code meets performance, security, scalability, testability, and maintainability standards.
- Participate in code reviews to identify architecture, performance, and security issues.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Contribute to design patterns and coding standards while learning from mentors.
- Troubleshoot and debug application code.
- Develop front-end architecture and support UI concepts.
- Monitor and optimize front-end performance.
- Document application changes and updates.
Mandatory Skills
- Expert in React and Typescript.
- Strong experience with Ag-Grid and Jest.
- 5+ years of React experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with 2 years in a large corporate client environment.
- Extensive experience in unit testing.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Financial knowledge across various asset classes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Knowledge of Docker.
- Proficiency in Jest, SASS, C# / .NET Core, and C++.
