We are seeking a talented React Native Developer with a strong background in iOS development to join our team. As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS using React Native.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance across iOS devices.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Experience with more than four years of industry experience, including at least two years of experience in mobile application development with a deep understanding of React Native and other modern technologies.
- Exceptional design skills with attention to detail, experience building complex components with an intuitive API.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for engineering excellence.
- Proficiency in developing complex components for data visualization and analysis.
- Experience with cutting-edge mobile technologies, including real-time mobile and data analytics solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their pain points and build solutions.
- Participation in project planning, design, scoping, and prioritization discussions.
- Drive continued process improvements in development, testing, code maintenance, and product performance.
- Ability to manage junior resources, assist in their career growth, resolve conflicts, motivate, and unlock their full potential.
