We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing new user-facing features, building reusable components and front-end libraries, and translating designs into high-quality code. The role requires optimizing components for performance across various devices and browsers.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Implement modern authorization mechanisms and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is an added advantage
- Conduct thorough benchmarking and optimization
- Maintain code integrity and organization using version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN, Mercurial)
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)
- Knowledge of data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Familiarity with isomorphic React is a plus
- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM)
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
- Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
