As a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Recruitment vertical. Your responsibilities will involve being accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. You will be aligned with one of the sub-offerings within Recruitment, such as Sourcing, Scheduling, Background Verification (BGV), Document Collection, Onboarding, or Internal Shared Services. Your expertise will help leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life, enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate and connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience. You will need to demonstrate proficiency with Workday Recruiting, an end-to-end talent acquisition application designed to help organizations find, share, engage, and select the best internal and external candidates.

- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems within the talent acquisition domain.
- Interact with peers within Accenture for updates before reporting to supervisors.
- Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management may be expected in this role.
- Receive moderate-level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Decisions made will impact your own work and may influence the work of others.
- Act as an individual contributor as part of a team, focusing on a defined scope of work.
