Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better! We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant/Senior Principal Consultant - RTE - SAFe Agilist. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices across our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe framework, and have a proven track record of successfully leading agile transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple teams and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote agile practices, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles.
- Coach teams, scrum masters, product owners, and other stakeholders in SAFe principles and practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help teams optimize their agile processes.
- Provide guidance on the use of agile tools and techniques to enhance team productivity.
- Work closely with leadership to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
- The candidate will work in an RTE/related role.
Minimum Qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
- Relevant working experience as RTE.
- SAFe Agilist certification is required.
- Experience working in Scaling Agile environments, with a focus on the SAFe framework.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams through agile transformations.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience with agile project management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence change in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
