Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team at Virtusa. As an experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automated processes using Automation Anywhere. Your responsibilities will include coding new automated processes, handling change requests, troubleshooting, and resolving defects to ensure seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy automated solutions using Automation Anywhere 360 and IQ Bot.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable automation processes.
  • Perform system integration testing and assist in user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of automated processes.
  • Continuously improve processes through innovation and efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in RPA development, particularly with Automation Anywhere.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Gideon, and Workday applications.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
