Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience in building Lightning Web Components for customizing Salesforce CPQ packages.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Consultant is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Configit CPQ is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform code reviews and optimize APEX code for performance and efficiency.
- Create technical designs based on functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues effectively, utilizing strong debugging skills.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess changes and their implications.
- Execute configuration and customization tasks within Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Guide the team on technical standards, quality management, and best practices.
- Engage in technical research and prototyping to recommend suitable tools and technologies.
- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Prepare solution development estimates, including technical planning and dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver effective solutions and standardize configurations.
Technical Experience
- Strong proficiency in SFDC configuration, including workflows, validations, and approval processes.
- Hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, triggers, batch processing, scheduled APEX, and test classes.
- Familiarity with deployment processes and tools.
