We are seeking a Salesforce Application Developer based in Raleigh, NC, who will initially work remotely and later transition to onsite work once restrictions are lifted. This is a 12-month contract opportunity without sponsorship. Candidates must be able to work on W2.
Responsibilities
- Lead support responsibilities for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Customize Salesforce Service Cloud code with 5-8 years of experience.
- Implement Salesforce integration using REST API.
- Manage client support services under SLA and minor releases.
- Coordinate offshore teams and serve as a single point of contact for escalation and client communications.
- Provide communication to clients on major incidents, outages, and root cause analysis.
- Act as a single point of escalation for Salesforce-based programs.
- Participate in client calls and technical discussions.
- Work independently on technical issues and assist offshore teams.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams for clarifications and closures.
- Provide daily status updates to Accenture and client leads.
