Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Application Developer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role will initially work remotely and transition to onsite as restrictions are lifted. The position involves providing lead support for Salesforce Service Cloud applications, ensuring smooth operations and integration using REST API.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customization efforts for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
  • Implement and maintain REST API integrations.
  • Support client operations under SLAs, including minor releases and issue resolution.
  • Act as a single point of contact for offshore teams, managing escalations and client communications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on incidents, outages, and root cause analyses.
  • Participate in client calls and technical discussions.
  • Provide daily status updates to Accenture and client leads.
  • Assist offshore teams in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams for clarifications and issue resolutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Salesforce certifications such as PD1/2, App Developer, or Service Cloud with higher proficiency.
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Portal and Salesforce Health Cloud is a plus.
