Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce software. This is a long-term contract position with ample opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Process Design. Utilize your 5+ years of experience to design and execute comprehensive test processes and procedures, ensuring that Salesforce software adheres to defined requirements.
- Test Planning and Automation. Develop and implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Issue Identification and Resolution. Proactively identify and investigate issues discovered during testing, collaborating closely with software developers and quality analysts to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaboration and Communication. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and quality analysts, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer.
- Proficient in designing and executing test processes for Salesforce software.
- Strong expertise in implementing test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
- Proven ability to identify and investigate issues during testing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
