TCS is seeking experienced SAP ABAP professionals to join our dynamic team. As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in S/4 HANA implementation and conversion projects, particularly in Brownfield scenarios. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth transition and optimization of ABAP code for the latest SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. S/4 HANA Implementation and Conversion. Contribute to successful project execution by using your experience in S/4 HANA implementation projects, especially in Brownfield scenarios.
2. ABAP Code Remediation. Apply your expertise in identifying, analyzing, and remediating ABAP code to ensure compatibility and optimization for S/4 HANA environments.
3. ABAP on HANA Development. Leverage your knowledge of ABAP on HANA development techniques to design and implement efficient solutions aligned with project requirements.
4. Code Push-Down Techniques. Demonstrate proficiency in building CDS views, AMDP, and other code push-down techniques to enhance performance and reduce system load.
5. ABAP Object-Oriented Programming. Leverage your extensive experience in ABAP Object-Oriented (OO) programming to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
6. SLT Process and Interfaces. Familiarity with the SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) process, RFC interfaces, HTTP, and web services is crucial for seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience in S/4 HANA implementation and conversion projects.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP code remediation and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in ABAP on HANA development and code push-down techniques.
• Hands-on experience in building CDS views, AMDP, and other code push-down techniques.
• Extensive experience in ABAP Object-Oriented (OO) programming.
• Familiarity with SLT process, RFC interfaces, HTTP, and web services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a strong commitment to achieving project goals.
