SAP Program Manager

Coforge is seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager to lead our S/4 HANA migration projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and migration to S/4 HANA, leveraging your extensive experience in SAP project management and implementation.

Experience. 15+ years

Key Responsibilities

1. S/4 HANA Implementations. Lead and oversee at least two S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
2. Conversion/Migration Expertise. Manage 2-3 S/4 HANA conversion and migration projects, including both Brownfield and Bluefield approaches, to ensure seamless transitions.
3. SAP Roadmap Understanding. Utilize a solid understanding of SAP’s strategic frameworks including RISE, GROW, and BTP to drive project success.
4. Vendor Management. Effectively manage relationships with key vendors, including the Big 5 consulting firms, to ensure alignment and project delivery.
5. Communication. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project goals, status, and issues to all stakeholders.
6. Issue and Risk Management. Proactively capture and address project issues and risks, applying standard project management practices to mitigate challenges.
7. Steering Committee Leadership. Take charge of steering committee meetings, working closely with CXO-level stakeholders to instill trust and confidence in project delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Extensive SAP Project Management Experience. Proven track record of managing SAP projects with a focus on S/4 HANA migrations.
2. In-depth Knowledge of SAP Frameworks. Deep understanding of SAP’s roadmap, RISE, GROW, and BTP.
3. Strong Vendor Management Skills. Ability to manage and collaborate with major consulting firms.
4. Exceptional Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proven Risk and Issue Management. Strong ability to capture, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
6. CXO-Level Interaction. Experience in engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading steering committee meetings.
