As a Technical Member with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), you'll play a pivotal role in our development team. You'll tackle a diverse range of engineering challenges, from complex typography algorithms to sophisticated UI design. Here's what you'll be doing:
What You'll Do
- Own the development lifecycle of product solutions, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Design, build, test, and deploy stable and scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with product management, experience designers, and quality engineering to define feature requirements.
- Drive R&D initiatives and innovative solutions within the product.
- Utilize ML expertise to identify and implement optimal solutions, from data set selection to model deployment and monitoring.
- Thrive in a highly collaborative, agile environment, working with geographically distributed teams.
- Mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from a premier institute.
- Over 11 years of design and development experience, with 5-7 years of hands-on ML experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with the ML lifecycle, from Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to model deployment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Jupyter, Numpy, and Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with leading deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, as well as architectures like Diffusion and LLM.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in computer vision and graphics.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies.
