As a Senior Azure Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our organization’s data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure data quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development. Design and develop efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, and Databricks Notebooks to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Data Warehousing and Lake Creation. Develop and maintain robust data warehouses and lakes using SQL Server and Databricks Data Lake to manage structured and unstructured data.
- Stored Procedure Optimization. Create and optimize Stored Procedures (SPROCs) to enhance database performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide scalable data engineering solutions.
- Data Quality & Validation. Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Team Leadership. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Technology Implementation. Stay current with data engineering trends and best practices to drive innovation in our data infrastructure.
- Project Involvement. Actively participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management to ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering issues while providing technical support across teams.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, Databricks Notebooks, and Databricks Data Lake
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data warehousing, and SPROCs
