As a Senior Hardware Engineer specializing in Digital Design Verification, you will be at the forefront of creating bespoke hardware, software, and networking technologies that drive Google's services. From circuit design to system architecture, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and refining the systems that power the world's largest computing infrastructure, impacting millions of users worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with verification methodologies and languages (e.g., UVM and SystemVerilog).
  • Experience developing and maintaining verification testbenches, test cases, and test environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience in ARM and RISC-V processor based DV including tool chains and C based testing.
  • Experience with different verification techniques and methodologies including formal, GLS, UPF based power simulations, and UVM and C based testing to achieve bug-free Silicon in SoCs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design engineers to understand design specifications and identify key verification scenarios.
  • Develop and enhance constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM, or employ formal verification techniques with SVA and leading formal tools.
  • Implement comprehensive coverage measures for stimulus and corner cases.
  • Work closely with design engineers to debug tests and ensure the delivery of functionally correct design blocks.
