• A proven track record of success, demonstrating a strong foundation in a variety of development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively demonstrate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Extensive experience with SQL Server and related technologies, with a strong ability to write, debug, and optimize complex stored procedures.
• Proficiency in .NET development, including web and back-end development, as well as web services.
• Solid understanding of ASP.NET MVC and experience with ASP.NET Web API.
• Exceptional debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle, including best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps and Git for version control and project management.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services is a plus, though not required.
